We decided to spend our Spring break at Mont Blanc based on recommendations from friends, and overall, it was a wonderful family ski trip, especially for the kids. The 3-bedroom condo was very convenient for skiing, although slightly smaller than expected. Unfortunately, two of our kids fell ill during the stay, which dampened the experience a bit. It was also frustrating that Mont Tremblant, with its more exciting skiing, was just a short drive away, but we still had a good time overall despite a few hiccups.

Rooms

The ski-in and ski-out 3-bedroom condo was well appointed but could have been a bit larger for our family.
Service
6.0
While we generally enjoyed our stay, the service regarding skiing conditions and amenities could have been better.
Location
8.0
Mont Blanc is conveniently located near Mont Tremblant for those looking for more ski options while still providing a family-friendly atmosphere.

We had a lovely family getaway at this resort. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the skiing experience was enjoyable, especially for the kids. However, we were disappointed with the lack of available slopes and lifts during our stay, and the shuttle service was not satisfactory. Overall, it offers good value for families looking for a balanced ski holiday.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great base for our family during the trip.
Service
5.0
The service was quite hit or miss; while some staff members were helpful, the lack of a consistent shuttle service was frustrating.
Location
7.0
The location of the resort was decent with easy access to ski slopes, but the limited services during the week was disappointing.
Dining
6.0
Dining was acceptable but nothing to rave about, with typical cafeteria-style options.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities included a decent play area for kids, though it was often closed earlier than expected.

Our family had an experience filled with ups and downs at Mont Blanc. While the skiing terrain was perfect for our kids and the condo was very convenient, the service left a lot to be desired. We faced major issues due to limited ski area access and poor communication regarding the shuttle service. Overall, it was a decent family skiing trip but hampered by lack of transparency and availability during the week.

Rooms
7.0
The ski-in, ski-out condo we stayed in was convenient for our family but felt a bit cramped for our group of five.
Service
5.0
We had major issues with service, especially with the shuttle running only on weekends and limited communication about ski area availability.

5.0/10

Our recent stay was quite disappointing. While the ski conditions were good, the lack of accessible lifts and limited slopes really dampened our experience. We also faced significant inconveniences with the service staff, particularly regarding the safety of our children during their ski lessons. Overall, it felt like the hotel was prioritizing the weekend crowds over those of us who were there mid-week, which was frustrating.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms had basic amenities but felt outdated and cramped for the price.
Service
5.0
Service was generally unresponsive and some staff members were dismissive when we raised concerns about our children's safety.
Location
5.0
The location is decent, but it's clear that the resort needs some renovations and improvements to enhance the overall experience.
Dining
5.0
We didn't have much dining available, especially with kids, as the cafeteria was often busy and limited in options.
Facilities
5.0
The ski facilities were underwhelming due to many trails being closed during our stay, and the play area for kids operated on a limited schedule.

We had an amazing family trip at the Village Chalets! The accommodations were clean and felt luxurious, and the staff made our stay even better with their warmth. The groomed ski hills were a joy, but we had some noise issues with construction nearby that slightly affected our relaxation. Overall, a fantastic ski destination for families with diverse skill levels, just be aware of the ongoing construction work.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and felt almost luxurious, making our stay very comfortable.
Service

The staff, especially Suzanne, was professional yet friendly, contributing greatly to the welcoming atmosphere.
Location

The location was great for skiing, although we encountered some noise from active construction in the center of the property.
Dining
10.0
The dining experience, particularly during the New Year party, was delightful with excellent food presentation.
Facilities
7.0
The village jacuzzi was a lovely touch, and the ski hills were well-maintained, but the construction noise was disruptive.
